Full Time Preschool Lead Teacher
Our lead teachers are committed to daily learning strategies that meet the student's transitional goals. Your responsibilities are to work with the director to establish and maintain an engaging curriculum and classroom environment, that incorporates literacy, math, science, and creative arts. We specialize in fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured activities and free play. One of our main goals is to provide and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, while ensuring materials and learning centers are prepared and rotated regularly. You will be required to communicate effectively with parents regarding progress, concerns, and milestone while collaboratively working with assistant teachers, support staff, and administrators. Your dedication to following ALL licensing regulations and center policies is detrimental to running an effective classroom. Our expectations as a lead preschool teacher are to mentor and guide assistants and support staff, participate in meetings and continue the improvement of the program and by staying current on the early childhood trends and attend all required trainings.
