Forward progression, unique to each child, motivated by themselves, and perfect for them.
We foster a child’s many needs by engaging in one-on-one time, singing, reading, tummy time, and sensory stimulations. We focus on a child’s creative expression, independence and self-confidence, motor skills and muscle development, and social / emotional development.
Our toddler’s very busy day includes art, reading, music, outdoor play, and a lot of loose parts. Loose parts play is detrimental to a child’s inquiring mind as early years are formative to stimulate their brains in a way that speaks to them.
At this age the challenges preschoolers are facing changes, every day. All of them accomplishing these tasks in a blink of an eye, yet at a different pace than their peers. Our classroom goal is to prepare students socially and emotionally for the challenges they will face at a later time. We believe that children will learn through play and the readiness will come at their pace.
Students are welcome to attend before or after school where they will face additional challenges to stimulate their growing minds. We provide opportunities for students to participate in loose parts play where state requirements are not a must in this setting, and we allow students to use their imagination and PLAY. Something taken away from children at a young age. We provide care for these students during school year breaks and summertime as well.
At the end of each day children will go home with further developed brains and bodies than when they had walked into school that day.
