Enrollment

Each prospective student is required to complete:

• an application
• a medical authorization activity and photo release
• CACFP enrollment forms
• a sunscreen and bug spray affidavit
• responsible party contract and deposit requirement.

A photocopy of a valid id or driver’s license is to be attached to the application form prior to enrollment and for your spot to be considered reserved or waitlisted.

It is very encouraged for you to shop around and find the appropriate care to what meets your family’s needs. You may request a tour here.
