Enrollment

Each prospective student is required to complete:

• Application for enrollment
• Medical Authorization 
• Activities and (optional) Media release
• Child Adult Care Food Program enrollment forms
• Sun Safety Policy agreement
• A Responsible Party Contract 
• End of care deposit requirement

A photocopy of a valid id or driver’s license and/or responsible party identification is to be attached to the application form prior to enrollment and for your spot to be considered reserved or waitlisted.

It is very encouraged for you to shop around and find the appropriate care to what meets your family’s needs.
