Nutrition

We know that good nutrition contributes to attentive learning in children and even adults. Numerous studies have demonstrated that eating nutritious meals will boost your child's ability to learn, to think quickly, to pay attention and even to socialize better.

Our team prepares healthy and nutritious meals within the high standards of the USDA Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). We will ensure safe practices are used to prepare and deliver meals to each classroom.

Our nutrition program consists of a daily breakfast, served at 9:30am, lunch at 12:00pm, and afternoon snack at 3:00pm. All meals and snacks are nutritionally balanced and meets requirements regarding food components and portion size. We ensure to provide whole grains, minimal sugar exposure, and adhere to allergy modifications.
